Fred Beans Automotive Group makes region’s ‘Best Places to Work’ list

BOYERTOWN — The Fred Beans Automotive Group has once again been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This is the fifth consecutive year the company has been named to the list. Fred Beans Automotive Group is one of only four “extra-large” organizations — those with more than 450 employees — to make the 2023 list.

The Best Places to Work list is compiled annually by the “Philadelphia Business Journal” in partnership with Quantum Workplace, a provider of employee engagement software. Winners are determined solely by employee feedback collected through an independent survey, which has questions covering topics that include — work environment, support of personal growth, benefits and trust in senior leadership.

“This past year, we focused on expanding employee benefits to become a leader in the automotive industry in terms of our paid time off policy, which includes parental leave and paid time off to volunteer,” Beans Gilbert added. “As a family-owned business, we want to welcome employees who are as dedicated to their families as we are. The company employs nearly 1,750 — the majority of whom are in southeastern Pennsylvania, where the auto group has its highest concentration of dealerships.
