After spending weeks on the run, a Washington County man has been taken into custody on charges related to an incident at the Crazy Donkey Restaurant in Chester, West Virginia.Joshua Atwood, 30, of Burgettstown, is charged with armed robbery and malicious assault in warrants that were obtained by Chester police in late April.On Thursday, law enforcement tracked him down in Hanover Township and placed him in the Washington County Jail.As of Friday morning, Atwood was awaiting extradition to West Virginia.
