Drier, sunnier next week…
TODAY: Steady Rain, Clearing in Evening. Hi 50. Winds NW 10-20 mph.
TONIGHT: Breezy, Cold. Lo 30. Winds NW 10-20 mph.
SUNDAY: Sunny, Cool. Hi 50. Lo 28.
Saturday will be an indoor day for many. Steady rain will persist until about 5pm when things clear up. Add on a high of about 50 degrees and the discomfort factor is pegged for the duration of the day. As of writing most areas in the Midstate have received about 1/2″ of rain with at least 1/2″ more expected for most. A Flood Watch is in effect for Lancaster, Lebanon, York, and Adams Counties until 2pm today, with some flash flooding potential as well. Winds will pick up to the 10-20 mph range over the afternoon into the evening as a cold front pushes through the area. Lows drop to about 30 overnight, brings freezing temperatures back to the region.
Sunday will feature sunny skies and more breezy weather as highs get to about 50 once again. Next week will feature much more seasonable weather in the upper 50s while mostly staying dry as well. A nice change!
