Indoor pickleball club signs lease for 20K sq. ft. of premium industrial space in Hillsborough

Zimmel Associates on Thursday said the Pickle Jar, a recently established indoor pickleball club, inked a 20,000-square-foot lease in prime industrial space at 315 Roycefield Road in Hillsborough. This achievement takes place within the confines of a newly constructed property, boasting an impressive 54,600 square feet.

Led by Vice President Jason Zimmel, Zimmel Associates played a key role in facilitating this important 10-year, long-term lease agreement.

The Pickle Jar’s new space includes eight climate-controlled courts, each individually enclosed and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Complementing these features are a players lounge and a pro shop, to ensure an immersive recreational experience.
