(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) — Mason Gross Galleries presents Polychrome: Beyond the Silhouette, a Rutgers University Master of Fine Art Thesis Art Exhibition. from January 16-31, 2024. The exhibition features five rising New Jersey based BIPOC artists (Alfred Dudley III, Kabi Raj Lama, Maisie Luo, Maura Torres Diaz, and Sandra S K Amoabeng) who make painting, sculpture, installation, videos, and performances.
In this exhibition, graduate students present culminating bodies of work from their two years in an intensive studio program.
There will be an Opening Reception on Thursday, January 18 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The event is open and free to the public.
Mason Gross Galleries is located at 33 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, New Jersey. The galleries are free admission and wheelchair accessible.
Gallery hours are Mondays 10:30am to 5:00pm; Tuesdays 10:30am to 4:00pm; Wednesdays 10:30am to 7:00pm; Thursdays 10:00am to 8:00pm; Fridays 10:30am to 5:00pm; and Saturdays 10:30am to 5:00pm.
