Staying windy tomorrow and turning chilly too…
EVENING: Blustery and colder. Northwest winds 10-20mph, temps near 40.
TONIGHT: Scattered clouds, stray flurry or snow shower. Breezy. Low 33.
TUESDAY: Breezy and chilly. High 40. Northwest winds 10-15mph.
Gusty northwest winds follow in the wake of the coastal storm that brought 1 to 3 inches of rain to the Midstate. Winds are averaging between 10-20mph this evening as temperatures are dropping into the 30s. There is a chance for a flurry or snow shower overnight with little or no accumulation expected.
The winds will still average between 10-15mph for Tuesday with more sunshine expected by the afternoon. As the winds relax Tuesday evening, we anticipate a quiet stretch of weather for the rest of the week. Highs average in the 40s with lows in the 20s. The upcoming weekend will feature more clouds, but we remain dry. Pleasant and seasonable weather is also forecast for Christmas Day.
