HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — One man was arrested on Thursday after officers from the Huntingdon Borough Police Department executed a search warrant.
Cage Eutzy, 20, of Huntingdon was arrested on April 4 after the Huntingdon Borough Police Department, the Pennsylvania State Police and the United States Postal Inspection Service executed a search and seizure warrant.
USPS Inspectors had intercepted two packages and reached out to police who then got an anticipatory search warrant, according to the Huntingdon Borough PD. The package was being sent to a residence in the Borough of Huntingdon who was later identified as Eutzy.
Once officers executed the search warrant on the home they recovered the packages and confirmed that they contained one pound of marijuana and three grams of LSD, according to police.
As a result of the search warrant that was granted for the packages officers were then granted a second one for the residence. Police said they found cash, illegal substances, electronics and drug paraphernalia.
Eutzy is facing felony charges of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility. He is also facing misdemeanor charges of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
This is a great example of how law enforcement across jurisdictions and disciplines are working together to protect our communities
Chief Charles T. Streightiff said.
He is being held in the Huntingdon County Prison with bail denied. Court documents state that Eutzy was on bail for separate cases and “therefore no amount of money will ensure bail compliance.”

He has a preliminary arraignment scheduled for April 17.
The Huntingdon Borough Police Department thanked Pennsylvania State Police for their assistance in the case as well.
