Snow shower activity will end after dinner…
TODAY: PM Snow Showers/Squalls, Blustery. Hi 46. Winds W 10-20 mph.
TONIGHT: Blustery, Cold. Lo 32. Winds NW 10-20 mph.
MONDAY: Sunny, Cool. Hi 50. Lo 34.
The rain is out the door, leaving behind over an inch of rain for the major metro areas of the Midstate. With our cold front having pushed though overnight, the rush of cold air is bringing blustery conditions outside as well as the potential for some snow showers and snow squalls. Initially, highs hit the mid 40s before dropping into the mid to low 30s over the course of the afternoon and evening. The afternoon will be the prime time for snow shower activity, especially after 2pm. Activity will begin in the mountains, spreading eastward during the afternoon before clearing out after dinner. Lows drop to around freezing overnight.
Things stay blustery Tuesday, although we get to enjoy far more sunshine. Drier, warmer weather takes over this week as we reach the upper 60s by Thursday. Sustained clouds during that time will limit our possibility of hitting 70 but we’re on track for an enjoyable spring week regardless!
