Mrs. Covey was involved in and supported her community immeasurably, including being a founding member of Brielle Day. This year is Brielle Day’s 51st annual get together. She was an avid traveler with her favorite destination being Maui, Hawaii.
Upon her husband’s passing, shortly after they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with family and friends, Mrs. Covey organized and founded an annual golf outing to raise money for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF). In addition to raising money for and awareness of MMRF, she also contributed to many other charities to support those in need.
