STEELTON, Pa. (WHTM) — Crews in Steelton Borough, Dauphin County responded to an overnight fire at an apartment building on Sunday, February 25.
According to Steelton Fire, the call came in at around 2:50 a.m. and when crews arrived at 239 Lincoln Street, they found fire at the rear unit of the structure.
Fire and smoke were out by the time abc27 arrived on the scene, but there was visible damage.
Fire crews say all residents, between 8 and 12 people, had to evacuate. It is unclear if the front unit apartments sustained damage at this time.
According to Steelton Fire, there are no reported injuries to residents or firefighters at this time.
The cause remains unknown and is being investigated by Dauphin County.
