DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – The United States Attorney’s Office announced on Friday that a Dauphin County man was indicted back on February 7 for drug trafficking and firearms offenses.
Ewhnik Proctor, 26, of Harrisburg allegedly, on separate dates in 2022, distributed a mixture and substances containing methamphetamine and possessed a firearm while he was prohibited by law to do so, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
If found guilty, the maximum penalty could be a combined 35 years’ imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
