Senator Linda R. Greenstein is pleased to welcome Charisse Watts and Ryan Tully as the newest additions to her 14th Legislative District Office.
Charisse Watts joins the Office of Senator Linda R. Greenstein as Chief of Staff, bringing with her an understanding and appreciation for legislation as well as a passion for helping the constituents of New Jersey. As an Outreach Advisor for the U.S. Senate, she managed a portfolio covering African American affairs, housing, civil rights/criminal justice, law enforcement and more. During her time as Outreach Advisor, she continued to help constituents on a daily basis by assisting through casework and continuing to provide access to available government resources.
Watts previously served as a Policy Coordinator for Senator Troy Singleton (Burlington County – LD7). As Policy Coordinator, she had an opportunity to create and assist with policies revolving around housing, criminal justice, civil rights, healthcare, veteran affairs and much more. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Language and Literature from Rowan University and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Public Administration at Rutgers University – Newark.
Ryan Tully most recently served as an organizer for Field Strategies and a researcher for Civic Operations Group. He has volunteered for several local and state campaigns in New Jersey, including, in 2019, the pivotal Hamilton Township mayoral campaign and the 14th Legislative District Assembly re-election campaign. A Hamilton Township native, Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Rutgers University, and a Masters Degree in Security Policy Studies from George Washington University.
