SOUTH FORK, Pa. (WTAJ) – A man is facing charges after allegedly sexually assaulting an underage girl.
William Douglas, 19, is facing felony rape by forcible compulsion charges after police were contacted by the victim who said that Douglas had allegedly sexually assaulted her at a residence in South Fork.
On Feb. 2, police talked to the victim, who said that her and Douglas had exchanged text messages saying that they were going to go for a car ride in January 2023, according to the criminal complaint. Douglas allegedly took her to a residence on the 200 block of Lake Street, where the two went inside to listen to music.
The victim, who was 14 at the time of the incident, told police that she felt had felt uncomfortable, and when she told Douglas that, he allegedly turned down the music and laid next to her naked, according to the complaint. Douglas then allegedly pulled her on top of him, where the victim told Douglas “no” and that she “didn’t want to” when he asked if she wanted to engage in sexual activities.
According the the criminal complaint, Douglas then sexually assaulted the victim, and after they were done the two didn’t discuss the incident further.
In November 2023, there was allegedly a second incident between Douglas and the victim. In the second incident, Douglas allegedly was on top of the victim and filming the interaction with a phone.
After the second alleged assault, the victim told police she attempted to delete the video from Douglas’s phone and while she wasn’t able to, she claimed she saw multiple other videos of other females engaged in sexual acts.
Douglas is now facing two felony charges of rape by forcible compulsion, two felony charges of statutory sexual assault, two felony charges of sexual assault, two felony charges of aggravated indecent assault by forcible compulsion, two felony charges of aggravated indecent assault without consent, two felony charges of corruption of minors as well as other related charges.

He is in the Cambria County Prison after being unable to post 10% of his $250,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 22.
