Remaining mostly dry until next week…
TODAY: Mild, Partly Cloudy. Hi 58. Winds SSW 5-10 mph.
TONIGHT: Cool, Cloudy. Lo 43. Winds SW 0-5 mph.
SATURDAY: Mild, Stray AM Shower. Hi 58. Lo 41.
We approach records once again Friday afternoon with the continuation of our mild stretch. The record high on Friday is 61 set in 2023, with projected highs this afternoon to be in the upper 50s. With scattered cloud cover today breaking the record is unlikely but with enough sunshine we’ll see if we can match. Lows drop into the low 40s overnight.
Saturday yields another day in the upper 50s along with some possibility for the stray shower especially before sunrise. Our next big system arrives Tuesday, when snow will be a possibility in the morning. The lack of significant colder air is the main issue with any snow accumulation, with highs in the low 40s and lows only the low 30s. We’ll have a better idea of what to expect over the coming days, but so far significant accumulation seems unlikely. We’ll keep you posted. Highs drop into the low 40s next week as lows drop into the upper 20s.
