JLL on Thursday announced Kimberly Sacramone has joined the New Jersey brokerage team as a senior vice president and will leverage the firm’s extensive global service platform to support corporate clients in navigating their space. She will be based in the Parsippany office.
With a client-centered approach that prioritizes listening first to understand each client’s unique situation, Sacramone brings over 30 years of industry experience to JLL. Her expertise lies in crafting tailored solutions that not only meet the specific needs of each client but also align with sustainable practices and carbon emission reduction.
Sacramone’s career is marked by her exceptional ability in designing corporate headquarters and adapting to evolving workplace environments, ensuring that every solution is as individual as the client it serves.
Prior to joining JLL, Sacramone served as principal and managing director of HLW New Jersey, a venture she established in 2014. Under her leadership, the New Jersey office quickly rose to prominence, becoming a leader in the state’s market for planning, architecture and design. Sacramone’s portfolio includes work with eminent clients such as UPS, Everest RE, Eisai, Kering, Samsung, BCG, Panasonic, Brown Brothers Harriman, Cognizant, Kyowa Kirin and Pfizer.
