Active police incident on I-81S, residents asked to avoid area

(WHTM) – An active police incident is ongoing on I-81S in Cumberland County.

State Police say the incident is still ongoing and people are being asked to avoid the area of mile marker 33 at Stroughtstown Road near Walnut Bottom.

The nature of the incident is unknown at this time. PennDOT cameras show police lights on the shoulder and traffic moving slowly in the far lanes.
