Junie Hahn has been named chair of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi’s Corporate & Securities Group, joining his colleague and fellow chair, Edward Stevenson, in the leadership of the practice group, according to a company announcement Thursday.
Hahn is a longtime member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group and is a trusted adviser to many clients across various industries, including American Dream at Meadowlands and Shift4 Payments. Hahn has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial finance and general corporate counseling.
“We are thrilled to have Junie join the leadership team of our Corporate & Securities Group alongside Ed Stevenson and Practice Group Leader Glenn Stein,” Frank Giantomasi said. “This cohesive and energized team further cements the CSG Law Corporate & Securities Group as a premier corporate practice in the state of New Jersey.”
“I’m excited to take this new step and to help lead the Corporate & Securities Group as it executes its plan to grow strategically and to expand the services offered to clients,” Hahn said. “I have seen tremendous development in our Corporate Group, as well as other departments at this firm, since I started as an associate in 1998, and I am very excited to be a part of the CSG Law team as it continues to grow.”
Hahn regularly represents sellers and buyers in complex M&A transactions, across a wide array of business industries. He advises clients on entity formation and structuring of startup and joint venture companies, private equity and venture capital investments, and prepares and negotiates organizational agreements and governance documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships, and various commercial contracts. Hahn also represents lenders and borrowers in asset-based and commercial class credit facilities and other debt financing transactions.
“Since joining CSG Law in 2016, I have seen unprecedented growth across all practice areas, including our Corporate & Securities Group,” Stevenson said. “Junie’s elevation to chair doubles down on our commitment to continue that growth and to provide leadership for a team that provides best-in-class service to our clients.”
