Bussel Realty Corp., a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased 2,500 square feet at 257 Route 202 in Flemington to Koros Wargames LLC, bringing the retail center to 100% occupancy.

Steve Bussel, president, Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services, represented the landlord, 257 Route 202 LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.

257 Route 202 in Flemington is a 20,000-square-foot retail shopping center located directly off Route 202 near the Flemington shopping circle and numerous major national retailers and outlet centers. Koros Wargames, a tabletop, board, card and role-playing game shop, joins co-tenants Boni Auto Tire, Kick Quest, First Choice Aquatics and the Tile Store.
