Gloria Vincenza Cancellieri, age 78, of Manasquan, New Jersey passed away on December 25,2023 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick, New Jersey. Gloria was born in Hackensack, New Jersey and was raised and lived in Rutherford, New Jersey most of her life. In recent years she has lived in Clifton and Manasquan. Gloria graduated from Rutherford High School in 1963 and Monmouth College School of Nursing in 1975. After Graduating Nursing school Gloria worked at Monmouth Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital in Jersey City. After leaving Nursing Gloria started her own business, Eastern Essential Services which she operated for many years.
Gloria was a person who everybody who came in contact with truly loved. She was very kind and always took an interest in everybody she met. Gloria was a wonderful cook; she loved her garden and plants. She loved to travel and loved the Jersey Shore. Gloria was a member of the Four Seasons Women’s Club and the Four Seasons Bowling league.
She is predeceased by her parents, Sebastián and Julia (Lados) Cancellieri. She is survived by her beloved husband Patrick Moore, her brother and sister-in-law Frank and Lorraine Cancellieri.

Besrutschko. Gloria had two great nieces and one great nephew. Ashley, Julia and David Dugasz who she loved very deeply. She also had a lot of cousins and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday December 29, 2023, from 4 to 8 pm at the Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Rd. Manasquan, NJ 08736.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday December 30, 2023, at St. Denis Church, 90 Union Avenue, Manasquan, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations could be made in Gloria’s name to St. Jude Children Research Hospital at http://www.stjude.org.
