(JERSEY CITY, NJ) — Novado Gallery presents its 2023 Sculpture Invitational Show from Saturday, October 14 to Saturday, November 11, 2023; in conjunction with the 34th Annual Jersey City Art and Studio Tour. Join them for an extraordinary celebration of three-dimensional artistry!
This event promises to be a captivating exploration of sculptural art, featuring the work of nine talented and visionary artists: Syd Carpenter (Philadelphia, PA), Jerome China (Jersey City, NJ), Stephen Datz (Skaneateles, NY), Brian Gustafson (Jersey City, NJ), Robert Lach (Livingston, NJ), Todd Lambrix (Annandale, NJ), Paul Leibow (Leonia, NJ), Linda Streicher (Morristown, NJ), and Josh Urso (Jersey City, NJ).
The exhibition is a testament to the diverse narratives and creative journeys each artist undertakes in the realm of three-dimensional artistic expression. From abstract forms that challenge perceptions to figurative pieces that resonate with emotion; a cultural, historical and narrative, serving as a record of human civilization that conveys emotions, ideas and complex concepts through the physically of form, providing a powerful means of communication.
They will hold an Opening Reception Saturday, October 14, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm where you’ll have the opportunity to engage with the artists, delve into their unique perspectives, and revel in the beauty of their sculptural masterpieces.
