Jersey City’s Harborside 6 hits market for 1st time; Newmark to exclusively handle leasing

Harborside 6, the 200,000-square-foot Jersey City waterfront office building that was recently acquired by American Equity Partners from Mack-Cali for $46 million, is on the market and ready for leasing, according to a recent announcement from Newmark, which was hired as the exclusive leasing agent.

Newmark Senior Managing Director Jamie Drummond, Managing Director Dan Reider and associate John Crawford are handling the leasing and marketing of the asset.
