Life Care Services, the third-largest operator of senior living communities in the U.S., recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony on its second senior living community in New Jersey, the Delaney at the Green at 110 Park Avenue in Florham Park.
The Delaney was designed by architecture firm Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and interior design firm StudioSix5, includes 128 independent living, 58 assisted living and 34 memory care apartments.
The Delaney offers state-of-the-art amenities and elevated dining experience including multiple dining venues, including an indoor-outdoor pub, full-service salon and spa, aerobics and fitness studios, movie theater, club room and dog-park.
The pet-friendly community also offers multiple community rooms for social gatherings, an array of life enrichment programs, events and clubs including access to continuing education programs, arts studio, and transportation to local shopping, entertainment and medical care.
