Iselin-based World Insurance Associates LLC on Friday said it added two Wisconsin firms to its growing portfolio of agencies. Thomas C. Johnson LLC and R&S Insurance Agency Inc., both of Stoughton, officially became part of World Insurance family as of Aug. 1.
The terms of the private transactions were not disclosed.
TCJ is mainly focused on the farming and agriculture businesses, and R&S has been providing insurance products and services to individuals, families and businesses since 1964.
“As the owner and operator of a farm, I understand the importance of developing a comprehensive plan to protect property, crops, equipment and overall liability protection,” Tom Johnson said. “I’m excited to be joining World and continuing to work with farmers to provide solutions to their insurance needs, as well providing them with additional products and services.”
“At R&S, our basic belief in providing quality coverage and personal service is just one of the many reasons why, today, more than ever, people look to us for quality insurance protection,” Mark Rostowfske, president, R&S Insurance Agency, said. “It’s great to join World and provide our customers with even more products and services.”
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel, and Sica Fletcher advised World on the transactions. Axley Brynelson provided legal counsel to both TCJ and R&S on the transactions.
