The Council for Airport Opportunity will be holding a 2023 Newark Airport Hiring Event on Tuesday, June 13, at Newark Liberty International Airport.
CAO is looking to fill numerous food/retail, customer service, aircraft/building cleaner, ramp/cargo agent & security positions. CAO places over 1,600 individuals per year in positions including flight attendants, management, baggage handlers, sales associates, restaurant managers, drivers, maintenance & security guards.
All interested applicants should visit Terminal A’s Arrivals Area from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In addition to job placement services, by registering with CAO, you also will have access to career counseling, networking opportunities and ongoing professional development.
CAO is a nonprofit trade association created in 1972 in collaboration with airline companies, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the mayor’s offices of the city of Newark and city of New York, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
The mission of CAO is to identify and address the critical employment needs of the communities surrounding the New York and New Jersey metropolitan airports, while at the same time responding to the hiring needs of the airport tenants and the aviation industry.
CAO offers free services to its many different constituents — the residents of the localities surrounding the New York and New Jersey metropolitan airports, businesses/employers in the aviation industry and community partner organizations.
