The menu incorporates Spanish and Portuguese classics that remind chef David Viana (who also owns Heirloom Kitchen and Heirloom at the St. Laurent) of his childhood. Lita’s paella offerings include rabbit, shrimp and day-boat scallops. Other specials include grilled octopus, grilled razor clams and piri piri chicken.

A brand-new restaurant with an extensive breakfast and lunch menu has opened up in Denville. Kraves has a sandwich for every occasion—choose from a variety of paninis, burgers, wraps and hot and cold subs. Breakfast items include waffles, steak and eggs, and stuffed French toast.
