The Law Library of Montgomery County serves the Legal Research needs of the Courts, the practicing Bar and the Public. The Library has general and specific samples of legal materials designed for the layperson to be used in preparing legal documents for legal proceedings.

Divorce Forms approved for use in Montgomery County are available at the Unified Judicial system of Pennsylvania.

**There is a fee, accepted in the form of cash only, to obtain a copy of divorce forms from the Montgomery County Law Library. An ATM is located on the Plaza level of the Court House.
