Morris County Commissioner Director will Present Proclamation to Morris County Prosecutor
Morris County will observe National Crime Victims’ Rights Week on Wednesday, April 26, in a ceremony organized and presided over by Acting Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll and his staff.
The event, to be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. will begin with Morris County Commissioner Director John Krickus presenting Prosecutor Carroll with an official Proclamation from the Board of County Commissioners declaring April 23, 2023 through April 29, 2023 to be National Crime Victims’ Rights Week in Morris County.

The event will take place in the Commissioners Public Meeting Room, 5th Floor of the Administration & Records Building,10 Court St, Morristown, NJ

- Maria Vinci Savettiere, Esq. Executive Director, Deirdre’s House, The Center for Morris County’s Child Victims
The annual commemoration is a reminder to renew our commitment to serving all victims of crime, to acknowledge the achievements in victim services and allied professions, to honor those who have gone above and beyond in their service to others, and to remember crime victims and survivors, according to the Office for Victims of Crime.
