Despite the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, home values throughout New Jersey have increased dramatically.
“Due to the low supply in inventory and the high demand from buyers fleeing New York City, Long Island, Staten Island and surrounding areas, the home sale prices have soared,” according to Nannette Buchney, a broker-salesperson at Weichert, Realtors – Bedminster.
